Welcome to the Gîte
Au fil de l'eau

The Gîte Au fil de l'eau offers a peaceful setting to relax in the heart of the High Vosges in Alsace, in the small village of Storckensohn.

Located in a renovated former farmhouse turned into a comfortable country home, the gîte can accommodate up to 10 guests.

The ground floor includes:

  • A fully equipped kitchen opening onto the living room
  • The dining room and the veranda with piano and wood-burning stove
  • A second lounge with TV and DVD player set up in the former barn
  • A bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and an en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet)
  • A separate toilet
  • And a terrace

The first floor includes:

  • Three bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom (shower or bath, washbasin and WC) and 90 × 200 cm beds that can be combined to form 180 × 200 cm beds
  • A small mezzanine lounge in the former barn

A wellness area with spa, sauna, bathroom and loungers is accessible by lift on level -1. Its large bay windows open onto the orchard meadow along the stream.

The following baby equipment is available in the gîte:

  • 1 traditional high chair and 2 high chairs suitable for different ages
  • 2 small wooden cot beds
  • A small baby bath and a potty
  • A bottle warmer, a baby food maker and unbreakable tableware

The ground floor and the wellness area on level -1 are accessible to guests with reduced mobility.
